Dr. Asis Ganguli and Dr. Jyotika Chhibber began their journey on the path of healing with Reiki in 2000. Prior to this, Dr. Asis Ganguli had been a meditator and levitator for years. He was initiated into Reiki and soon after he started helping people by channeling healing to them. Later, Dr. Asis Ganguli underwent teacher’s training program offered by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi’s organization and began teaching Transcendental Meditation as a qualified teacher in the field. Dr. Jyotika Chhibber joined him thereafter once she was attuned as a Reiki healer. Her tryst with Reiki was a very over-whelming experience as it completely changed her life. It helped her discover her psychic, intuitive and clairvoyant gifts. Together they received teacher’s training in Reiki and were attuned to the Master level. Thus, started their joint venture in initiating an institute which was going to be the base of all the modalities practiced by them for healing and teaching purposes.

They received training from an US Institute in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression Therapy and related subjects, apart from the other training programs from a few institutes across the world. The training was like receiving a magical key that continues to unlock more doors and windows of awakening each day. Life has been a complete metamorphosis ever since for them. As late Dr. Sunny Satin said, Happiness is a state of mind, they continue to help people achieve it.

The name Light of Life, a literal translation of the word Jeevan Jyoti, was given to them by The Masters and Guides from the Higher Dimensional Planes. Being Light Workers, they have chosen to devote their lives towards their mission during The Shift Earth is experiencing (the rise in frequency / energy) by spreading HIS LIGHT as far as they can reach. They have taken on the role to help people connect with their inner voice (the sub-conscious) that helps them provide as much information and healing to walk away feeling clearer, stronger, lighter and more in tune with their path and purpose. They believe that once we start trusting the universe and open ourselves to receiving HIS LOVE, LIGHT and WISDOM, HE touches and transforms our lives with HIS GUIDANCE and HEALING ...... and a beautiful journey begins to blossom before us. PAST LIFE REGRESSION THERAPY

1) Alzheimer’s - Juliet Fernandes, a foreign bank employee in Bombay, suffered from the initial stages of Alzheimer’s. Due to temporary memory loss, she used to forget her name and had to carry her identity card with her to remind herself. Clinical Hypnotherapy has helped her overcome the problem completely.

2) Urticaria - Kalavati Nishad, a housewife from Varanasi, got cured of 40 yrs of chronic urticaria with the help of hypnotherapy. Wife of an ayurveda Shastri, she hails from a family of allopaths. She was treated with allopathy, ayurveda, homeopathy and various other therapies. Unfortunately, none of the therapies had any positive effect on her. She suffered atleast one attack of the condition everyday and medicines had to be injected to control it. Urticaria in her case was caused by energy attachments and releasing them, she found relief from her problem. She is now completely cured of the Urticaria.

On connecting with her sub-conscious mind, it was revealed that certain negative energies and fragments triggered this condition. There was one particular soul attached to her. It was of a lady who had been abused during her pregnancy. by her husband That was when the foetus had died within her and she had died as well due to poison spreading in her body. 7) Insomnia and Stress - Aneel Tyagi, a real estate consultant, suffered from insomnia since years which led to agitation and frustration. He had become very short tempered which affected his relationships as well as work. Hypnotherapy helped him overcome his sub-conscious insecurities, guilt and fears which eliminated insomnia completely. Aneel now leads a very successful, happy life and is able to enjoy all that he missed for years.

8) Obstacles in Spiritual growth - Vandana Ruia, a housewife, was still holding onto energies and attachments of her husband who had moved into the other world. By connecting with her deeply rooted childhood trauma in trance and overcoming all the past baggage, she is now leading a very happy life. She has overcome all the aggression and is often complimented for positive change in her attitude and the peace with which she handles affairs. 10) Skin eruptions and Osteoarthritis - Deepa Sharma, a jewellery designer, faced difficulty bonding with her aunt. She also suffered skin eruptions and osteoarthritis. The roots of her problems lied in childhood. When she was a child, her aunt always compared her with other siblings in looks and studies and she felt inferior. She sensed lack of support from her parents and grew up with fears. These negative emotions manifested into skin eruptions and arthritis eliminating which has helped her completely recover from all her complaints. She even shares a warm relationship with her aunt.

11) Loss and Grief plus Job dissatisfaction - F. D’silva, a customer services manager, was very unhappy with her job. This caused her a lot of stress, anxiety and restlessness which she wanted to overcome with therapy. With the help of hypnotherapy, not only was she able to release all her pent up negative emotions, she was also able to manifest a compatible job which is for her highest and best.

A few months later, she returned for therapy on losing her husband. In just a few sessions, she was able to overcome her loss and grief completely and move on. She now already looks forward to a new relationship and marriage.

12) Divorce and Fear of re-marriage - Carol Lobo, a business woman and exporter, had a very painful marriage leading to divorce. She had to face a violent alcoholic husband. Having gone through divorce, she bore guilt, sorrow and resentment from her earlier marriage and was terrified to re-settle in marriage although desired it. With the help of mere one session of hypnotherapy, she released all the negative emotions and is looking forward to marrying again happily.

13) Inferiority complex, fear of rejection and Job dissatisfaction - Shubhalaxmi, a Corporate Marketing Manager, visited my clinic for getting rid of her fears and complexes. Her work life left her dissatisfied, feeling frustrated. She faced a lot of pressure from her parents to find a suitable life partner which she avoided. She feared rejection as she bore complexes. After a few sessions, she was able to release all the guilt, fears and complexes. With the help of hypnotherapy, she was able to manifest compatible job and marriage. 14) Divorce and Guilt – Dinshaw Cowasjee, a high profile Event Manager, having gone through with divorce due to lack of compatibility with his wife, bore a lot of guilt. With the help of therapy, he was able to release all the guilt. Connection with Masters and Guides during his trance sessions helped him receive guidance not only on his personal front but also on his mission on earth. Knowing his life’s purpose he prepares to come up with his healing centre soon which is his calling. CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY

One of the cases I helped, involved an 18 yrs. old student from Delhi, Dev Batra (case of severe skin allergy) who suffered severe skin problem right since birth. His skin was sensitive to UV light to the extent that it would start itching, tearing & bleeding with even mild exposure to sunlight & later would turn thick & rough. His condition even affected his nature thus causing relationship problems besides affecting his studies. He visited a number of skin specialists in India & abroad with no results. Steroids further worsened the case. When I finally regressed him to the source of the problem, he automatically went to the past lives he had carried the problem from & with just a few sessions, his problem was addressed completely. After viewing all the lives he had brought on the condition from, we had to go back to each one of them later to perform therapy. He is now leading a very normal & successful life. Dev’s mother, Miti says “Past Life Regression Therapy has given Dev a new life”. Dev is now pursuing BBA.

In another case – a young doctor from Chandigarh, Amarpreet Duggal (name changed on request) (case of kidney stones, polycystic ovarian disease, fear of driving, accidental death, men, marriage and losing loved ones) was repeatedly raped in her current life during her childhood. She was frightened of men & terrified with the thought of getting sexually close to them. The emotional disturbance such as guilt she bore caused her renal stones & polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD). Besides, she suffered from fear of driving. She particularly feared of being hit by heavy vehicles & thus losing her life. So, using Age Regression to reframe her childhood helped her eliminate the emotion attached to her childhood trauma. Also, Past Life Regression Therapy helped her disconnect with the death scenes when in a couple of her previous life times her soul had experienced accidental deaths. Even the sexual disturbance, fear of men & also fear of losing her family did have significant connection with memories she carried from a lifetime where she was a princess. Their fort had suffered attack & the invaders had killed her entire family in front of her. She was publicly raped & left severely tortured. The mind remembers this, and since the mind does not recognize time, in her current life the mind makes her over cautious & very fearful. Releasing the negative cellular memory during sessions helped her recover from PCOD, kidney stones besides all her fears in mere 4 sessions. Amarpreet, now studying and practicing in Australia, is involved in a relationship with a young handsome man and looking forward to getting married soon. She is able to lead a very happy, healthy & carefree life. She says “I feel I have been reborn”.

3) Darayash Mistry, a high profile Event Manager: (case of karma cleansing, pointing out link with birthmarks)

Darayash wanted to work on Karma cleansing. When regressed to one of the lifetimes which had significant connection with the current one, he observed herself (he was female in that lifetime) working in a tea estate with her mother. Her mother was bitten by a snake & died instantly. During the session, he went on to clear the emotional baggages he had brought forward from that lifetime. His mother in that lifetime is also his mother in the current life. The interesting part due to which I choose to speak of this case is that on sharing the story of the past life with his mother, his mother revealed that she has 2 black birthmarks at the same place on her leg where she was bitten in that lifetime. This confirms that birthmarks are linked with episodes of our past lives.

4) Rita Sharma, an insurance agent (case of insecurity, possessiveness and jealousy in marriage) was very unhappy and stressed due to a friend’s closeness with her husband. Since her husband knew the lady since her college days, Rita didn’t feel it just to disturb their relationship but all the same couldn’t stop feeling troubled by the closeness they shared. Therefore, she wanted to be in control of her emotions so that she could deal with the situation calmly and without getting affected at all.

Searching for the source of her problem, her mind led her to two lives from which she had brought on the insecurity.

In one, she was in Greece. Being a young rebellious man who refused to follow the traditional rules laid for the countrymen, he was exiled and therefore, had to leave the country. His father was one of the elders called the rulers of the country with whom he shared a very strong bond and therefore, separation with him was very painful. After settling far away in another country, he married a beautiful woman, had 3 children but died bearing resentment for his father and much more for his mother who never bothered to connect with him, leave alone calling him back. Not being able to re-connect with the father and feeling bad for disappointing him, he spent his entire life never being happy. The sorrow lingered on throughout the lifetime. His father in that lifetime is her husband in the current lifetime and mother, the husband’s friend.

In the other, she was a widow living in an African tribe with a son and a daughter. In this lifetime her brother (her current life husband) took care of her family. He sacrificed getting married to bring up her family. She shared a very strong, close bond with her brother and since he was their only care-taker was insecure about sharing him with anyone else or letting him go.

Post therapy, Rita has overcome all the insecurity, jealousy, worry and anxiety and shares a healthy, happy life enjoying pleasures of a blissful marital life with her husband and a healthy bond with his friend. She is now at peace with herself and both of them.

5) Jessie Lobo, a business woman and exporter (case of fear of being alone and claustrophobia):

Jessie visited my clinic to get rid of claustrophobia and fear of being alone. Her fear of being alone kept her talking to a friend on phone even while she commuted for hours. Claustrophobia in her case showed up typically while in darkness and that was when she had the desire to run out in the open. She dreaded being alone in closed lifts and detested being hugged by even her daughters.

Looking for the source of both her fears, she got regressed back in time to another lifetime. She was physically uncomfortable, a little short of breath and kept repeating “I am tied up in a cloth sack outside a tent…….I can’t breathe……I’m going to die here”. I immediately helped her switch from reliving to observation mode as there is no need to make the client re-live and suffer the trauma back again. She saw herself as a tall rustic woman in Rajasthan in 1800s, dressed in a grey short kurta, long black ghagra and a large dirty brown odhani as big as a bed-sheet, wearing leather and metal juttis in her feet. Her husband was far away somewhere working while she lived alone with her son. For a living, she washed and fed cattle belonging to an Afghani Pathan tribe in return for which she was given food to eat. The tribe had gold coins which were used in larger trading. This lady’s son had stolen a gold coin or two and 3 tough tall Pathans dressed in black salwaar kurta and turban had tied her up in a sack and left her to die to punish her since her son was absconding. She later died there with suffocation and heat.

After the very session I remember her say “I feel a new me today ...... I feel like dancing and singing. I feel so free”. Past Life Therapy helped her overcome the trauma and fear of that lifetime and she now lives a healthy happy life rid of any fear. The source of both claustrophobia and fear of being alone was brought forward by this same lifetime which she could release in mere one session.

Jessie identified two of the Pathans, one is her ex-husband, Allwyn in the current life and the other a friend. The son from that life is her daughter, Annabelle now.

6) Ameena Ali, an industrialist (case of fear of flying and driving):

Ameena feared being in a speeding car or being aboard a plane specially during a bouncy flight. While connecting with the root cause of her problem through regression, images of a lifetime constantly kept flashing. She saw herself being speeded in a car driven by her fiancé in France. During the session, she began sweating and screaming to slow down however, she saw the car crash and she died in the accident instantly although her fiancé survived. Helping her overcome the trauma and also snapping connection with the lifetime, has helped her completely recover from the fear. She’s no longer frightened while traveling in long international flights nor in the car.

7) Chetan Chavan, a MBA student and businessman (case of stuttering and stammering):

Chetan Chavan contacted me to help him get rid of stammering. Before he came to me, he had already seen speech therapist apart from going for other forms of treatment & had also undergone a surgery to no avail.

In my ability to take him to the source of his problem, he got regressed into a couple of past lives which had significant connection with his presenting problem. To give you an example, in one of his past lives, he accidentally killed a person under the heavy vehicle he was driving. When the villagers gathered at the site & he was questioned, he was terrified & due to the fright, couldn't utter a word. He had more of such lives he had carried this condition from & we worked on all of them with the help of Past Life therapy. The few sessions that he had spent viewing such lives itself had reduced stammering to an extent that even his professors had been appreciating a change while he talked during presentations in front of his whole class in college.

Chetan has now undergone the therapy completely and is able to talk fluently without any stammering or stuttering. He is currently pursuing MBA training and says “I am able to talk freely and fluently in front of large gatherings. I feel very proud when I am able to give my presentations and speak at length without any traces of stammering at all”.

8) Sudipto Mukherjee, a retired company director (curious to check past life relationships):

All that Sudipto Mukherjee was looking at was a desire to find out the relationships he shared with a few of his special friends. For example, he found one of his friends as his cousin in a lifetime he was regressed into. As Dr. Brian Weiss points out, the best part is that one benefits from viewing the lives itself and in this case it helped better his relationships.

9) Ketty D’souza, a marketing manager (case of Asthma):

Ketty, a young lady from Kerela, suffered from Asthma. When she came to me, she was on inhalers regularly and had to often inject doses of medicines intravenously. She had brought on this condition from 3 past lifetimes. In one, she was pushed into the river with a bolder when she died gasping for breath as she didn’t know how to swim. In the other, she was made to die in the concentration camp where she died of chocking. During the third lifetime she viewed in connection with asthma, she was strangled to death by her husband. Snapping the connection with such traumatic deaths during her sessions & releasing the negative cellular memory helped her completely recover from Asthma & she now leads a happy normal life without any medication.

10) Minakshi Panjwani, an architect (case of Aquaphobia):

Minakshi suffered from fear of water and could never go swimming. She could never even be anywhere close to an ocean shore. Once pushed into a friend’s swimming pool at a party, she feared death. When regressed and connected with the source of her fear, she saw herself drowning in a lifetime when their ship caught fire and sank. In another lifetime, she viewed that she was a young girl aboard a flight with her parents which crashed into the sea and they all lost their lives. With the help of past life therapy, she was able to work on eliminating the phobia. Minakshi is now very comfortable swimming and enjoys the sport. She even went white water rafting during her holiday to Dubai.

11) Tina Mittal, an executive (case of an accident prone life and fear of death)

Tina had given up her job and had even stopped socializing with friends. She feared she would die soon day in and out. She kept seeing flashes of her body lying dead mutilated in an accident. She was a young girl who in her current life had suffered an accident and serious leg injury left with several scars. The source of both her problems lied in another lifetime where she saw herself lying in a hospital bed with one leg put on traction and the other one amputated. In spite of the amputation, she developed gangrene around her hip and the poison spread to the rest of body due to which she lost her life.

Tina had brought on a fragment of her fears from another life as well where she was born a crippled and was abandoned by her family. She spent the rest of her life in an orphanage all lonely and suffering.

The fear of accidents harboured in her mind created more accidents for her in her current life. Uprooting the fear through a few sessions helped her overcome the problem. Watching herself die in her previous lives helped her fear of death fade off completely. Besides, her tryst with death in past lives was a very overwhelming experience for her. She witnessed her soul leave her body and re-uniting with her Higher Self in the Spirit World. Being in The Light in the blissful world was a Divine experience.

She is very happy and a different person ever since.

What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a method by which any person may be guided into an altered state of conscious awareness ('hypnotic trance') in which psychological and physical changes, beyond normal conscious capability, may be achieved.

What does Hypnosis feel like?
Hypnosis can feel radically different to different people, so I can't tell you exactly what you'll feel. The experience varies from person to person. But I can tell you this... It will be completely comfortable...you will relax completely... And you will have a profoundly incredible and positive experience. For most people, however, hypnosis is a pleasant state of deep inner calm and physical relaxation. Deep hypnosis is similar in many ways to the kind of profound trance found in expert yoga or meditation practitioners. The best way to learn about it is to experience it.

What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is basically any therapy done in conjunction with hypnotic trance. It is often classed as a form of complementary medicine but is perhaps better viewed as a branch of psychotherapy.

Hypnosis is not an occult or esoteric art; it is a scientifically acknowledged psychological and therapeutic discipline.

Does it work?
Yes. Hypnosis has fascinated psychologists and medical professionals for over two centuries and has been subject to a great deal of rigorous testing and research. It also has an enviable and long-standing reputation for effectiveness among the general public.

Is it officially recognised?

‘Hypnotism’ is legally acknowledged and defined by the Hypnotism Act 1952 in the UK Book of Statutes.
In their 1892 Hypnotism Report, the British Medical Association (BMA) officially recognises the hypnotic trance: ‘The Committee, having completed such investigation of hypnotism as time permitted, have to report that they have satisfied themselves of the genuineness of the hypnotic state.’ The Committee also acknowledged that ‘as a therapeutic agent hypnotism is frequently effective in relieving pain, procuring sleep, and alleviating many functional ailments’ (BMA, 1892).
Hypnotherapy is approved by the American Medical Association in 1958.

This science has gained credence in India after 2002 once it was accredited as an acceptable therapeutic modality by The Union Ministry of Health.

Is Hypnotherapy like stage Hypnosis?
Stage hypnosis is slightly different from Hypnotherapy, however, it is real hypnosis and the effects produced are possible for everyone to experience. Some stage hypnotists do good work but others generate misconceptions about the nature of hypnotic trance, which leads to unfounded fears about hypnosis.

In Clinical Hypnotherapy, clients are never asked to do anything embarrassing or against their will. Clinical Hypnotherapists have an ethical code to use Hypnotic state only for therapeutic purpose.

What if I get "stuck" in Hypnosis?

This is the most common fear that people ask me about. In the entire history of hypnosis, no one has ever gotten "stuck" in trance. You've never become permanently "stuck" daydreaming, have you? Of course not! While a few people are reluctant to "snap to", just because hypnosis is so cool and feels so good, everyone comes out of hypnosis feeling great, refreshed and full of life. It is utterly impossible for anyone to get ‘stuck’ in hypnosis.

Is Hypnosis safe?
Absolutely. There are no known records of anyone having been physically or mentally harmed as a direct result of hypnosis itself.

Case Study 1: Past Life Regression therapy done with respect to curing of Diabetes

Client: Sachin Sharma, Vice-President with a Multinational company

PAST LIFE 1:

Place: Ancient India

Time Era: Around 257 BC

Past Life Details: I saw myself as being killed by another person during a massive war between armies. I went back further in the same life and found out that the war was triggered by me and my activities. I wanted to marry a princess and there was some person who was opposing this marriage. I went and killed that person from behind in a surreptious manner. I also realized that the person I killed is my wife in current life. This triggered the war and eventually my death.

Emotions released/ Learnings from that Life: When I was dying I was experiencing extreme emotions of regret and guilt having caused so much destruction due to my passion. I also realized in the dying moments that such pursuit was worthless at the cost of so many lives. This triggered negative emotion which was the starting point of my Diabetes. I needed to learn that passion can trigger irrational thoughts. I also needed to learn to always weigh the long term impact of immediate actions taken in haste.

PAST LIFE 2:

Place: USA. Milwaukee, Pearl Harbour, Hawaii and Texas

Time Era: Some years before World War 2

Past Life Details: I saw myself as walking down a road late night disappointed over a major fight with my girlfriend Betsy. We were supposed to be getting engaged but for some reason we had a break-up. After that I saw myself enrolling in US Army and being posted at Pearl Harbour, Hawaii around the time when Japan attacked there. I saw myself in midst of intense war and have got injured, but survived. I saw myself being treated in a hospital. I then saw myself calling up Betsy from the hospital. When I called another lady picked up and told me that Betsy has got engaged with someone else while I was away in the war. I was upset and furious with myself and Betsy with this news. Next I saw myself going and settling in a large farmhouse at Dallas, becoming a recluse, and dying single at the end of life.

Emotions released/ Learnings from that Life: When I was dying I experienced emotions of loneliness and disappointment over my failed love life. I needed to learn the lesson that love can’t be controlled and you can experience happiness only by letting go of love.

PAST LIFE 3:

Place: Northern India. Somewhere near Varanasi

Time Era: Around 1850 A.D. Freedom struggle movement had started in India in pocket

Past Life Details: I saw myself as a rich zamindar being attacked by a group of Indian freedom fighters in my village. I saw that I was a rich zamindar but I was loyal to the British rule rather than supporting the Indian freedom movement. This had angered some revolutionaries and they were looking for an opportunity to teach me a lesson. They got that opportunity one day finding me alone in my haveli. They attacked and killed me and took away all the wealth stored in the secret safe in my home. They left me dying with a sharp knife in my throat and I was lying there on a swing at my home.

Emotions released/ Learnings from that Life: When I was dying I experienced strong emotions of guilt and regret of having failed my country and its people by siding with the British. I realize that I was greedy and this has costed me my life. I needed to learn the lesson that loyalty for one’s country should be supreme over and above the short term material gains.

Case Study 2: Case of Fear of pregnancy and Fear of being physically abused

Client: Smita Sen, a Chartered Accountant

PAST LIFE & FUTURE GLIMPSE OF CURRENT LIFE:

I saw myself as a young wife and mother of a small baby. I was living in a palatial home in a desert. I saw myself being the wife of a rich merchant who was mostly traveling. I was so very engaged and attached to my baby boy that I did not notice the scheming of the servants. One night, they slaughtered me, took all the jewels and ran away with the baby boy. When my husband returned, a burial was given to my dead body. The child could not be located and the baby had a tough time in his later years as he was ill treated by the servants who had stolen him. I died very young at the age of 25 or 26 years. Except the way I died, my life had been very peaceful and fulfilling. It had been a resting lifetime.

Learnings from that Life: I could see that I had become too focused on my baby child, thereby neglecting everything else in my life. I was not “aware” of the reality around me. In my past life, this endangered the very people whom I loved and created struggle and pain for them – the baby boy who had a difficult time while growing up without his parents although he was born in a rich family and the husband who lost his entire family. This has given me insight about how I operate in my life even in this lifetime. This same pattern exists. I become too focused with a particular thing/issue/goal – be it on my personal or professional front – there by neglecting all other aspects of my living. This has now led me to attempt towards being aware of all that is happening in my life in a holistic manner.

After clearing her past life block, Smita had a glimpse of the future of current lifetime. She was shown a girl child would be born to her after about 2 years.

Addressing aggression and anger and fear of being physically abused by her husband - Smita Sen was unable to deal with aggression, irritation and anger spells. On connecting with her sub-conscious mind, it was revealed that certain negative energies and fragments triggered this condition. Releasing all the negative energies possessing her is now helping her be in control of herself and her emotions as well as her surroundings.

There was one particular soul attached to her. It was of a lady who had been abused during her pregnancy by her husband. That was when the foetus had died within her and she had died as well due to poison spreading in her body. Releasing her soul and the baby’s as well, helped her overcome the fear of pregnancy and the fear of being abused by her husband.

Overcoming stifling situations in relationships - Addressing this block regressed Smita back into her mother's womb while she was a foetus. Although a nestling feeling surrounded her, however, she felt the distress her mother went through in life during pregnancy. Her mother wasn't ready for this conception. Besides, she had to abort her first child. The lesson for Smita to learn is that despite all odds there has to be a survival. Connection with this phase of her life anchored within Smita a positive feeling self-reliance and that no one can crush her. She learnt this lesson and is now ready to move on in life without the suffocation.
